The ATEM below is the switcher for this tally server. It does not have a control-room name until you type one here.
Input list
No switcher data yet. Enable a source and refresh.
This control room
One tally server is one control room. Check only the switchers that are actually in this room. A room with only an ATEM does not use Ross.
Extra switchers in this room
Add another Ross TSL listener or another ATEM. Each needs its own port or IP. Hollyland rows can pick which switcher a light follows.
Switchers in this room
Nothing is on until you check it and Save. Check ATEM only, Ross only, or both if this room has both.
Constellation 8K = 40 SDI inputs. Use the tools below on Studio B — no command line needed.
ATEM connection tools
Studio B tip: Companion often works while Python is blocked. Use Fix Firewall (allows the real Python under C:\PY_tools or similar + the ATEM IP), accept UAC, disable Companion’s ATEM briefly, then Test again. The test now shows a raw UDP HELLO result first.
Point the Ultrix TSL UMD driver at this PC’s IP and the port below.
Ultrix also sends ME bus mirrors (e.g. addr 25 = MEPBg). Keep “Main inputs only” so CAM 4 is just input 4.
Ignore sources — checked addresses are not program or preview, so they cannot move the Hollyland lights. Names with KEY, FILL, or GFX are already ignored.
Hollyland / Videohub (wireless tally)
Hollyland never receives “turn red/green” text. It watches Videohub routing on this PC (TCP 9990):
RED = Program (input routed to output labeled PGM) ·
GREEN = Preview (routed to PVW).
Set each light’s channel knob to match the map below. Point Hollyland Switcher IP at this PC (LAN only).
Camera map (light channel → switcher input)
Channel = knob on the Hollyland tally light. Switcher input = Ross/ATEM camera number.
Example: light on channel 3 → RED when switcher cam 7 is on program.
Units 1–16 follow Ross inputs 1–16. To put Ross 22 on unit 16, change only that row’s Cam # to 22.
Unit 16 then ignores Ross 16 and lights only when 22 is on preview or program.
Sequence learn assist
On the Hollyland base: Menu → Sequence Learning. Then start PGM (red) or PVW (green) here —
we cycle channels so the base can learn without cutting on Ross/ATEM.
Status: enable → map cameras → Save & Apply → point Hollyland at this PC’s IP.
Railway / web ops (phones)
Local UI is only on this PC. For other people on the internet, enable the cloud uplink —
this PC pushes tally out to Railway. Phones open the Ops URL below (not 127.0.0.1).
The name is what the feedback page shows. Each running tally server appears on its own.
The room id only has to be unique. It does not have to be A or B.
